What you’ll do:
🔹 Provide training to new and existing clients on our software and systems
🔹 Support our hardware technicians with terminal setup and configuration
🔹 Ensure smooth rollouts and client satisfaction during onboarding and beyond

What you bring:
✔️ Strong communication and training skills — comfortable with groups and one-on-one sessions
✔️ Technical aptitude — able to learn software quickly and assist with setup
✔️ Organised, client-focused, and patient in delivering support
✔️ A valid driver’s license (you’ll be visiting client sites)
