What you’ll do:
Own your territory plan and deliver 25 on-site demos and 10 virtual pitches every month.
Keep a healthy 2× sales pipeline and accurate forecasts at all times.
Manage the full sales cycle — from the first cold call or warm lead to the signed SLA and handover to implementation.
What you bring:
2+ years of B2B sales hunting experience, preferably in HR tech, access control, or similar sectors.
Proven track record: you’ve closed R500 000+ per quarter before.
Valid driver’s license — you’ll be on the road.
True hunter mindset: targets motivate you, CRM discipline comes naturally.
Bonus: Access control hardware experience.

What you’ll do:
Be the first line of support for our clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Resolve product, software, and hardware queries quickly and professionally.
Log, track, and manage support tickets in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams as needed.
Keep clear communication with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Assist with basic training or onboarding when required.
What you bring:
1–2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
Good understanding of software and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills in English (and Afrikaans is a bonus).
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Valid driver’s license if site visits may be needed (optional depending on role level).
Advantageous: Experience with access control, time & attendance, or workforce management systems.
