We are pleased to announce a new feature available in our cloud-based software, Vision Enterprise Platinum. This new feature, called Notification Module, will allow users to create a streamlined salary run by getting early notifications of system management.
This new feature will allow users to assign an overall manager as well as an overseeing manager to a group of employees, this manager will then be able to create a notification schedule on a weekly basis for when they would like to receive notifications, based on whether or not the employees assigned to them have any clocking issues in that current week. The manager will then receive an email notifying them of these clocking exceptions.
The overall manager will also then be notified if the overseeing manager has not corrected the clocking issues after 2 days.
The goal of this new feature is to help divide employees up into groups and allow their various managers to track and correct their clocking issues, without having to manually search through all employees’ clockings.
This will ensure that you have a streamlined salary run, free of any clocking exceptions, making the entire process quicker and more efficient for you.
